Terms & Conditions for Items purchased directly on our online Shop
Once you have placed an order for a Personalised Product, you will only be able to change or cancel your order before 2pm on the same date of order. For same day orders, orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order but as above strictly before 2pm. No cancellations are accepted after this time as orders will then be in production.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue. Should it happen that Goods have been delivered damaged ( by a third party delivery company)we will at our sole discretion replace such Goods, issue you with a credit note for the price of such Goods or refund the price paid for such Goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as cupcakes, flowers, balloons), custom products (any personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
We do not provide a refund for unwanted items if it is personalised or not in re-saleable condition This is a term of our business; your statutory rights are not affected. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unless there has been an error on our part, or the item you purchased is defective, you have no right to cancel and we cannot accept returns on 'Personalised' or 'bespoke' items, whether by name or date, as these cannot be sold to anyone else.
DISCLAIMER NOTICE: During seasonal/ busy periods some parcels can be delayed. The refund is not available if your parcel dispatched on time by Balloon HQ but delayed or not delivered by specific date or time as delivery process beyond our control and we can't be liable for delays caused by delivery company.
